Chad M. McKinley

Coach • Combat Veteran • Sports Kinesiologist • Modeling & Sports Agent • MAC10 Creator

Chad McKinley has been shaping champions and transforming lives for over 30 years. From the golden era of bodybuilding to the cutting edge of high-performance coaching, Chad’s experience is unmatched — and it all started at the legendary George Turner’s Gym in the late 1980s.

A two-time U.S. Army Aviation veteran, Chad served as a Battalion Master Fitness Leader, developing and implementing combat conditioning programs across large-scale units. He also earned a Level 3 designation in the MAC-P military fighting system, blending tactical strength with real-world combat effectiveness.

Chad holds academic credentials from the University of Oregon, University of Missouri, Arizona State University, and Wharton — majoring in International Finance. He built an elite-level career in real estate development, hedge fund management, and financial planning — holding senior roles with Smith-Barney, WB McKee, and Ameriprise Financial, and working with Goldman Sachs and Red Model Agency. For the past 12 years, Chad has focused exclusively on training athletes, fitness models, pro fighters, and performers.
